One of the main reasons I offer online coaching is to help those who wish to turn fitness into a lifestyle (not just a crash diet that fails). My goal is to teach you to do this on your own but be with you every step of the way. I will push, motivate, and support you to elevate your fitness routine and exceed your personal expectations.
With my online program you will get:
Individualized, detailed training routines that you can take with you to the gym and/or complete from your home.
I will teach you how to calculate the amount of calories and macro-nutrients you will need to optimize your results.
You will have FULL access to me, via text, social media, and email.
We will follow up every week to maximize our efforts: you will send me pictures of your progress to make sure we are moving towards your goals. I will review & fine tune your program as I see how your body reacts to training.
